The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Elizabeth Kopp can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Mom

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to let everyone know how much my mom loved all her family and friends.  She was alway telling stories of growing up as the youngest of the Rynecki clan.  Stories about her father and mother were so wonderful to hear.  For all of the Rynecki cousins, nieces and nephews my mom had her Ancestry DNA done last year and she was 98% Eastern European, which they said is very rare for someone to have such a high percentage of one origin.  If any of the Rynecki family is interested in that info I'd be willing to share it.

My mom was also part of the Kopp family whom she loved and held dear to her, she started dating my dad in high school and was welcomed into the family.  She tells a story that the first Birthday cake she ever had was made by our Grandmother Kopp (Millie).  Because my mom was the youngest of a very large family she had explained that Birthdays were not celebrated with a Birthday cake.

Mom was pround of everyones accomplishments and would brag to everyone about all of her nieces and nephews and what they were doing and where they were living.  She loved to hear updates from Aunt Sally.

Mom loved all her friends and would keep us posted on all the goings on in her social circle.  Up to the end she was sharp and witty.  We will all miss her dearly.
