Mr. Anthony J. Orsini, Jr. passed away peacefully on October 12, 2022. He was the beloved husband of 59 years of Margaret Birkenberger Orsini. Tony was born on November 11, 1939, son of Anthony and Adeline (Laudati) Orsini. He graduated from Leavenworth High School in 1957. He retired as a Tool and Die maker for Timex Corp. in Middlebury, Connecticut after 34 years of service. He worked for a short time at Palco Connector in Naugatuck. He also worked as Recycle Coordinator in Naugatuck for over 15 years. He was a member of the Connecticut National Guard (1963-1969).

In addition to his wife, Margaret, Anthony is survived by his two sons; Christopher J. Orsini (Angela Weyhrich) of Edelstein, Illinois and Anthony J. Orsini III (Kelly Baynton) of Naugatuck, grandchildren; Christopher J. Orsini Jr. (Kara) of North Carolina, Jessica Orsini Deleon (Phil), Jordan Orsini both of Illinois, Katrina Orsini of D.C. and Anthony J. Orsini IV, USAF, four wonderful great grandchildren; Jaxson, Lucas, Cooper Deleon and Mason Orsini, his sister, Joan Paiva of Waterbury and his brother Robert P. Orsini of Prospect. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Mary Ann Strilkauskas.

He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He followed UCONN girls basketball faithfully and was a dedicated Yankee Fan.
