Elaine was born February 24, 1945 in Waterbury, CT daughter of the late Stanley and Amelia (Krayeski) Levandowski and had lived her entire life in Naugatuck. She met and married the love of her life, “Johnny” Andrzywski, and they were married 52 years before his passing. Elaine was completely devoted to her family. This was her true joy, to be with them for every event and holiday. Her granddaughter Elana was the sunshine of her life. She carried about 100 photos of her at all times.
She worked in all types of fields, always enjoying being around people. Elaine always had a funny story to share at family gatherings and she loved to make people laugh. She always found the perfect gift for family and friends. Elaine had the best broccoli casserole that only she could prepare to perfection. Elaine loved Sunday drives to Milford Beach where she would pick out the beautiful homes by the water that she was going to buy if she won the lotto. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Waterbury, where she attended Mass regularly with John; her husband of 52 years.
Elaine is survived by her son, Michael Andrzywski; her daughter, Pamela Perugini and son in law, Michael “Perg” Perugini; her granddaughter, Elana Perugini and fiancé Brian Szarek; her brother, Robert Lance and sister in law, Lynn; her sister in law, Catherine Caraballo and husband, Lloyd Hunter and many nieces and nephews.
