Frank was born on August 22, 1945 in Passaic, New Jersey son of the late Frank and Jennie (Santarsiere) Monaco. Frank lived in Rocky Hill at the time of his death and had also lived for many years in Waterbury.
Frank is survived by several family members, including his sister, Carol Jensen of Boynton Beach, FL and his niece, Lisa Sunbury Gerber of California.
All services were private and arrangements were entrusted to the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck.
