I was both shocked and saddened when I heard about Debbie's death. When thinking about her my mind goes back to all the fun times we spent skating at Griesbach's pond when we were young. I have fond memories of Debbie's family. My heartfelt sympathy to Cindy, Paul and Robbie.

Debbie was always my partner in the battle, the one who had my back. She loved coming over for all the major holidays. She would always have the best cakes and her famous salad that I would hide so I could have it for myself. She was just here this past Easter,I can hear her voice talking deep into the night.Memorial day was very quiet, which will be the new normal.Ill save you a red hot pal.

Debbie and I shared a lot of laughs and giggles together. One time she almost gave me a coronary by eating a live toad while I was babysitting her and her siblings. Another time, she drank a big swig of white liquid from a large mayonnaise jar. I just knew she would be vomiting her brains out until Aunt Gerri told me it was milk. God! Give me a break! I always knew she had a big heart when it came to pets and infirm people. If you could see her heart, you could see it was lined in gold. Debbie, Debbie. You went too soon, before people could see the real you. You are now with your hubby, your Mom and Dad. Please save a place for me. I'm so sorry we didn't stay in touch all those years ago... your cousin Kathy (Ruggeri Ishmael)
