Obituary for John Mihalcik
North Haven - John Joseph Mihalcik Jr. 34, passed away unexpectedly on June 14, 2014 after a long illness. He was the husband of Carla (Ayoub) Mihalcik.
John was born on July 24, 1979 in Waterbury. He was the son of Cynthia Farrell-Davis of Naugatuck and the late John Mihalcik Sr.
In addition to his wife, John is survived by his son Thomas-John and daughters Jasmyne and Jacinda Mihalcik. He also leaves behind three sisters, Kimberly Tyree of Shakopee, MN, Cassandra Drury of Ansonia and Carly Davis of Naugatuck, a brother William Mihalcik of Beacon Falls, his paternal grandmother Faye Mihalcik of Colebrook NH, maternal grandfather John Farrell Sr. of Plattsburgh NY, step-mother Michelle Mihalcik of Beacon Falls, step-father Jonathan Davis of Naugatuck, and nephews Sylas Tyree and Kevin Roncarti, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
John was predeceased by a son John J. Mihalcik III, his brother Matthew Mihalcik, his paternal grandfather Steven Mihalcik Sr. and maternal grandmother Gail Trumble.
A memorial service to celebrate John's life will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Beacon Falls Congregational Church, 69 Wolfe Ave, Beacon Falls. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours and the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck has been entrusted with arrangements.
John was born on July 24, 1979 in Waterbury. He was the son of Cynthia Farrell-Davis of Naugatuck and the late John Mihalcik Sr.
