Letitia C. "Tish"  Yarrison
Brooksville, FL Letitia C. "Tish" Yarrison, 90, the widow of Raymond E. Yarrison, died peacefully on February 10, 2018 in Florida.

Letitia was born on November 23, 1927 in Waterbury, CT, the daughter of the late James and Pearl (Turney) Stratton and had lived in Naugatuck for 40 years before moving to Florida over 4 years ago. She was an active member of the United Methodist Church when she lived in Naugatuck. She enjoyed bowling, knitting and baking. Her talents in knitting and baking were evident whenever there was a Christmas Bazaar or other event at the church.

Letitia is survived by her sons, Norm Yarrison of Sunrise, FL and David Yarrison of Waterbury, CT; her daughters, Rae Sanford of Plymouth, CT, Anita Hearl of Brooksville, FL and Constance Maples of Solana Beach, CA; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and her parents, Letitia was predeceased by her son, Gregory Yarrison.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11:00am at the United Methodist Church, 214 Meadow Street, Naugatuck, CT. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery, Naugatuck, CT. Calling hours are Friday, February 23, 2018 from 6-8pm at the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck, CT. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for contributions to be made in Letitia’s memory to United Methodist Church of Naugatuck, 214 Meadow Street, Naugatuck, CT 06770.
