The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Robert Shove can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Grampy, even thou your wake had already passed, even thou you didn't want a service. I hoped you were happy with your turnout. Everyone sent their condolences. Friends and family turned out,and we remembered you for the man you are. Bobby said beautiful words, and the great grandkids were here also. It's gonna take time to heal, esp for me. We're still going to have coffee almost everyday. You are very special to me. You treated me as a "son" not as an "in-law".
Love you grampy

Condolence: Grampy,
I don't know what I'm going to do in the morning when Nicholas and Aidan get dropped off to school and you're not sitting next to me. You were and always will be my best friend.
You will ALWAYS be my Grampy. The times we shared going to breakfast, and our daily shopping trips with a stop for coffee either in shoprite or Dunkin Donuts. Taking you to you're appointments. And talking sports. Also watching sports with it on mute, cause you can't stand the announcers. You made me laugh, you made me cry,you have also said how proud you are of me. That I will never forget.
I love you grampy
You're buddy
John

Condolence: we got to know Bob from walking in the mall 15 yrs ago. We became friends and enjoyed his company and many stories. Bob was a true gentleman and a special friend. He was fortunate to have such a loving and caring family. He was rarely ever alone. We will miss him and remember him fondly.
