WATERBURY, CT - Mildred “Millie” (Hendricks) Eureka, 95, of Waterbury, the widow of Ernest L. Eureka, died Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at Paradigm of Prospect.

Millie was born December 24, 1918 in Waterbury a daughter of the late Herbert and Lillian Hendricks. Millie lived all of her life in Waterbury, she graduated from Wilby High School and worked for many years for the Lester Young Insurance Agency.

Millie is survived by her son and daughter in law, Donald and Frances Eureka of Waterbury, her daughter in law Judith Eureka, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. Millie was predeceased by two sons, Richard and Roger Eureka.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 10:00am at the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home Saturday from 9:00am to 10:00am. To honor Millie’s memory, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association Connecticut
